INSCO seeks skilled, motivated individuals across manufacturing, engineering, and quality. The following areas represent our ongoing hiring needs:
Program, set up, and operate CNC turning centers (Nakamura-Tome, Doosan) and milling centers. CNC programming required. Write and edit part programs from engineering drawings, select tooling, and perform in-process measurement.
Set up and operate CNC gear grinding machines (Hofler, Reishauer, Liebherr). Read and interpret gear drawings. Perform in-process inspection. Prior gear grinding experience preferred.
Set up and operate CNC gear hobbing machines. Experience with Mitsubishi, Gleason, or similar CNC hobbers preferred. Ability to read gear drawings and perform first-article inspection.
