Spur gears are the most common gear type: parallel axes, straight teeth, and efficient power transmission. We make them in both external and internal configurations, across a wide range of diameters, modules, diametral pitches, face widths, and materials.
Grinding takes spur gears well past standard cut quality. Our ground spur gears hit AGMA 15 accuracy with tightly controlled involute profile, lead, pitch, and tooth thickness, and we verify all of it on analytical gear inspection equipment before anything ships.
Applications include robotics joints, servo gearboxes, medical motion systems, packaging drives, industrial automation, and defense mechanisms.
